RACHEL PHIPPS
ATTORNEY BIOGRAPHY
Rachel K. Phipps grew up in Northeast Ohio. She attended Mount Union College and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She moved to South Carolina to attend the Charleston School of Law, where she then earned her Juris Doctor in 2012. Rachel practiced in Charleston for approximately 8 years with a focus on personal injury and civil litigation. She moved back to the area in 2021 to be closer to family and continued her practice of representing individuals who have been injured through the practice of workers’ compensation law. She is a member of the Ohio Bar and South Carolina Bar. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, and watching Cleveland sports.
